- Does the kit come in print format?
No. For now, the kit is available exclusively online. The great part about an ebook, though, is that you can download it right away from the comfort of your home or office, and then either print it out or read it on your screen immediately.
We have a CD available (we ship to US and Canada) for those who can not download the information. It is $7 extra.

- I have a MAC is my computer compatible?
Yes. You'll need Adobe's Acrobat Reader installed on your computer in order to read and print out both the Pregnancy Without Pounds eBook as well as the Exercise Manual (one of the Free Bonus Tools), which you can get for FREE by clicking on the link below:

- The links in my kit do not work, how can I fix this?
The links are generally from the Book to the Exercise Manual. The only thing that I've found to work is to save both files in the SAME folder and then you shouldn't have a problem.
