Hi Michelle

Thanks for your emails. I am sending you my before-after pictures, although I KNow It was before the end of December. I want to inspire others moms that all is posible and that there is no need to be movie star or to have personal trainners or neither go to the gym!! I lost 18 kilograms after I delivered my boy so hoping this can help you...My secret??

Taking care of what I was eating, but I ate a lot and the most important one and I am very proud of that: I breastfed my super baby!! I often gave some bottle to rest the night but I can say that 90% was breastfeeding.

So here are my pictures. In the end of my preg I was 70 kgs. I am now 52 kgs. Thanks to Pregancy Without Pounds and Mommy Without Pounds.
