I remember having tons of questions about caring for my new baby, but I also remember having tons of questions about my OWN body and how I was going to reclaim it now that I had made it through my pregnancy.

• When I could start working out (after giving birth, of course)?

• When I could start training my abs?

• If I would ever be able to lose my baby flab?

• When I would be able to fit into my pre-pregnancy pants/jeans?
